Refund Policy

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
AND REQUEST A REFUND...

  • Before March 1, 2007, no fees will be deducted;
    you will receive a complete refund.
  • Between March 1 and March 20,
    we will deduct a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Between March 21 and March 28,
    we will deduct a 75% cancellation fee.
  • If you reserve a table, but don’t cancel beforehand or show up at the Conference, you forfeit 100% of your reservation fee. No refund will be made for no-shows.

NO CHARGEBACKS, PLEASE!

If you want a refund, please DO NOT contact your credit-card company and enter a chargeback. Contact us first, and we’ll be happy to send you a refund check or enter the refund in your account ourselves. We prefer to avoid customers’ chargebacks. Avoiding chargebacks helps us to do a better job of managing our financial record-keeping.

Why?

As we approach the start of the conference, we invest more time and expenses into the preparations for each vendor: customized badges, signage, databases, record-keeping, making arrangements with the hotel, etc.

Liability

By reserving a booth, you agree not to hold MSM Productions, Ltd., the other participating organizations, or the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown Hotel liable for any personal injury or mishap incurred at the Conference. MSM Productions, Ltd., and the other participating organizations, and the Marriott assume no legal responsibility for any registrant’s physical injury, loss, theft, etc. MSM Productions, Ltd., the other participating organizations, and the Marriott will assume no legal responsibility for any mishap that forces cancellation, curtailment, or disruption of the conference, whether due to natural disaster, crime, etc.
