Refund Policy

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION
AND REQUEST A REFUND...

• Before July 30, 2008 no fees will be deducted.
• Between August 1st and December 30, 2008
  we will deduct a $75.00 processing fee.
  
• Between December 31, 2008 and December 30, 2009,
  we will deduct a $125.00 processing fee.
  
• After December 31, 2009 to start of Conference,
  we will deduct a $250.00 processing fee.
  
• This refund policy does not apply to special discounts, such as the newsletter-coupon rebate offer. If you send in a rebate coupon with your registration, taking advantage of the special discount, then cancel your registration, that discount, plus the pertinent processing fee, will be deducted from your refund.

If you want a refund, please DO NOT contact your credit-card company and enter a chargeback. Contact us first, and we’ll be happy to send you a refund check or enter the refund in your account ourselves. We prefer to avoid customers’ chargebacks. Avoiding chargebacks helps us to do a better job of managing our financial record-keeping.

As we approach the start of the conference, we invest more time and expenses into the preparations for each registrant: customized badges, databases, record-keeping, assembling conference kits, etc.

By registering, you agree not to hold MSM Productions, Ltd. (or the other participating organizations) liable for any personal injury or mishap incurred at the Conference. MSM Productions, Ltd. and the other participating organizations assume no legal responsibility for any registrant’s physical injury, loss, theft, etc. MSM Productions, Ltd. and the other participating organizations will assume no legal responsibility for any mishap that forces cancellation, curtailment, or disruption of the conference, whether due to natural disaster, crime, etc.
